The Journey of THE HILL VIEW TRADING COMPANY LTD. was originally started on 3rd September, 2001 with the thought of 5(Five) Persons all with Islamic Academic background named Alhaj Maulana Khairul Hussain, Moulana Mostaque Ahmed Chowdhury, Maulana Abdul Aziz Azmol, Maulana Asrarul Haque & Maulana Abdul Ahad Khan with a capital of Tk-1,20,000/- (Taka One Lac Twenty Thousand) only. The Company was originally formed in the name of AL-BARAKA TRADING COMPANY (ABTC) with a thought to establish and to run a business organization as per rules if Islam, to create possibilities of Halal earnings and to create employment opportunities.

Presently, with the kindness of almighty Allah, the company has a fixed and running capital of approximately Tk- 90,000,000/- (Taka Nine crore) and extend numbers of business wings. As the company becoming larger & larger day by day, the management of the company has decided to convert the company to a limited company, obtaining registration from joint stock of companies of Govt. of Bangladesh. As same other company in the name of AL-BARAKA TRADING COMPANY is already registered, we had to change the name of the company as HILL VIEW TRADING COMPANY LIMITED which is incorporated on 12th February 2006.

Presently HILL VIEW TRADING COMPANY LTD. has investment in land purchase & development, construction, share market etc. and intend to run Chinese Restaurant with Party Center and to establish a school with international standard.

Very recently, with a view to contribute to solve the severe housing problem being faced by the people of Sylhet, HILL VIEW TRADING COMPANY LTD. has started construction of a 14 storied commercial cum apartment building which includes basement car parking, Ground floor & 1st floor super market & a class one Chinese restaurant, 2nd floor school & medicine centre and 3rd to onward apartments.
